Hi! I’m Arthur, founder of AMMA Gelato.

I used to work in the oil trading industry, for large corporations in London and Geneva. After a few years in this business, I realised I wasn’t in the right place. I wanted to contribute to this world in a more meaningful way.

My passion for food, music and promoting a more ethical and sustainable way of living has been the driving force behind this 180 degrees change of life. This is how I decided to create AMMA. A cosy place that would combine those 3 themes to share the love, get your tastebuds tingling, and why not, make you boogie!

At AMMA, we don’t cut corners when it comes to preparing your gelato. For each recipe, we seek to use the best possible ingredients. When it comes to fruits, this means fresh and locally sourced whenever possible. For our now-famous pistachio and gianduia flavours, we went straight to Italy to source the raw material. Simply because they are known for their world-class intense flavour.

We craft your gelato every day in our Gelato Lab, processing directly all the raw natural ingredients that make each recipe. No pre-mixes or industrial pastes.
